Steve Ciari, President since 1992, contributes over 35+ years of personal industry experience and is a recipient of his 25 year journeyman plumbers golden service award. As a long-term board member of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Center (JATC), as well as, a director of the County of Santa Clara Plumber's Board of Examiners, Steve Ciari continues to directly support the Union based training programs in the area. He is a third generation family contractor and prides himself as a hands-on owner.

Jeff Anderson, superintendent for Ciari Plumbing, has been with the company for over 25 years. He delivers know-how and a can-do approach to the competitive public works niche market and is considered the company’s most valuable asset.

Mike Smith, joined Ciari Plumbing in June 2011, contributing industry experience as a project manager and estimator. He managed the Stanford Linear Accelerator project and completed 30 hours of certified OSHA Training. Mike completes the management team and enhances our full service ability to prepare quotes; produce in-house drawings for design-build, facilitate project meetings; safety meetings and job walks.

Alena Hernandez-Llerve, Office Manager, coordinates all efforts and interfaces with the clients on many levels of each project from front-end docs & SOV billings to the closeout docs, warranties, and O&M’s. She has construction experience of 20+ years and office manager for the last 10 years which establishes her as a professional in this industry. Her professional approach initiates the company’s valued-customer and quality service-oriented environment.
